About the Speaker: Brandon Aday is a Consultant, Marketing Coach and up in coming public speaker. His areas of focus include technology, leveraging social media to develop online communities & customer evangelists and the impact of the internet on social relations. For the past 5 years, they have worked almost exclusively with Microsoft. They have developed online communities and digital marketing strategies for the IT Pro and Developer audiences, as well as Small and Mid-sized Business and Partners divisions of Microsoft Latin America, with a focus on South and Central America, Mexico and Brazil. He has researched in depth the areas of leadership in virtual environments, driving change in a virtual organizations and 21st century leadership in a cross cultural global environment. Brandon has degrees in Web/Multimedia Development, Information Technology, Business (M.B.A.) and is completing his dissertation to obtain a PhD in Organization and Management with a focus on Leadership.
